Full design and measurement service, in the comfort of your own home
As part of our design service Natalie will be pleased to visit you in your home to discuss your requirements. (Our studio is based in Diss, on the Suffolk/Norfolk border, so ideally you will live within an hour’s drive. Natalie is happy to travel further but there may be a nominal charge for the extra travelling time.) She will bring a selection of exquisite designer fabric samples for you to look through and discuss – it makes such a difference to view a fabric “in-situ”. Natalie can also bring curtain tracks, poles and roman blind samples if required.
Expert design advice
Throughout the consultation process Natalie will listen to your ideas and give expert advice, guiding you through the process of selecting the best design, style, fabrics and colours to enhance and compliment your home. She will also take detailed measurements, giving you complete peace of mind that your bespoke curtains or blinds will fit and hang perfectly.
Personal quotation
Following the consultation, a detailed quotation will be prepared and sent to you by email or Royal Mail, for you to review in your own time.
What if I live too far away?
That is no problem, so long as you are able to send us pictures of the windows or rooms you are wanting to dress, then Natalie will be happy to discuss your ideas by telephone or Skype. She will then email curtain designs, fabric, pole/track images and post a selection of samples for you to choose from. Natalie can also carefully guide you through the process of taking precise measurements.
We deliver our bespoke soft furnishings throughout the UK. All items are carefully wrapped and boxed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
