What information do we collect?
If you place an order with us we will require your name, billing and delivery address and contact details.
Please be assured, we would never pass on any of your personal information to a third party for marketing or other uses unless required by law.
What do we use the information for?
Your information is used only for internal records and we may use it to improve our products and services.
Cookies are harmless text files (tiny files of letters and numbers) that websites place onto the hard drive of your computer while you are visiting their sites. They cannot transmit viruses, the cookie file takes up very little space and simple acts as an identification card to the site.
At Natalie Canning our cookies do not contain any personal information about you and are used only to determine your browser and user preferences for our site.

Security of your personal information
We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. We will not ask you for your password (except when you log in to the website).
We do not collect or store any of your financial information. Your online payments are handled by our secure payment provider Shopify. Our system is PCI DSS compliant and protects against card interception using encryption.
You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you. Provision of such information will be subject to a small charge and the supply of appropriate evidence of your identity (a photocopy of your passport certified by a solicitor or bank plus an original copy of a utility bill showing your current address).
